By using Guest Reaches, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. Business users confirm that they have authority to act for the organisation they represent.
2. Marketplace role
Guest Reaches provides technology that helps buyers and publishers discover opportunities, communicate, transact, and manage orders. Publishers remain responsible for their websites and editorial decisions. Buyers remain responsible for their campaigns, supplied content, claims, destination pages, and legal compliance.
3. Account conduct
Users must protect credentials, keep profile information current, and notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may not impersonate others, manipulate reviews or metrics, bypass platform charges, create deceptive listings, or interfere with service security.
4. Orders and delivery
An order should state the service, price, requirements, expected delivery, link treatment, and content responsibility. Publishers should review requirements before accepting and deliver according to the agreed scope. Buyers should provide timely information and review submitted work reasonably.
5. Prohibited content and activity
Users may not use the platform for unlawful content, fraud, malware, intellectual property infringement, deceptive claims, harassment, exploitation, or activity that violates payment-provider rules. Publishers may define additional restrictions. CBD or other regulated content is allowed only where lawful, accurately represented, and accepted by the publisher.
6. Payments and earnings
Wallet deposits, order charges, refunds, publisher earnings, and withdrawals are subject to the pricing and refund policies, payment-provider rules, account checks, and applicable law. Users are responsible for taxes associated with their activity. A displayed balance is not a bank account or guaranteed stored-value product unless expressly stated.
7. Reviews, disputes, and enforcement
Reviews must reflect genuine completed transactions. Users should first attempt to resolve order issues through messaging. Guest Reaches may review order evidence, restrict funds, issue platform remedies, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual property
Users retain rights in content they own but grant the permissions needed to process, display, deliver, and moderate it through the service. Users must have rights to all content, logos, files, links, and claims they submit.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, publication permanence, publisher performance, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, consequential, and lost-profit damages are excluded, and total liability should be limited to amounts paid to Guest Reaches for the relevant service during a defined period.
10. Changes and termination
We may update features or these terms with appropriate notice. Users may stop using the service, subject to outstanding orders and obligations. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach, risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
